At The Now is You – Finca De La Sol, we walk a path of reverence — devoted to remembering, protecting, and sharing the ancestral wisdom of the Amazon. Guided by the living spirit of the Earth and the medicines she offers, we hold space for healing, awakening, and reconnection to the truth within.

Full Moon Gatherings – The Grandmother’s Illumination

When the moon is full, we gather for a week-long journey of light — three ceremonies in the hammock tradition of the Cofán lineage, accompanied by prayer circles, Temazcal (ancestral sweat lodge), music, and teachings of the plants.
It is a time of expansion, clarity, and renewal — when the medicine of the jungle and the moon work together to illuminate what is ready to be seen and released.

In these five days, we share two ceremonies, a temazcal (sweat lodge), ancestral teachings, and integration around the sacred fire.

Yes. Finca de la Sol is guided by ancestral permission and lineage from elders of the Amazon in Putumayo, Colombia, and our practices follow the authentic ceremonial ways of these traditions.
Our gatherings are intentionally kept small and intimate — typically 10 to 15 guests, never more than 20 participants — ensuring each person is fully supported, seen, and cared for throughout their journey.
Safety, preparation, and integration are at the heart of everything we do. Before each ceremony, we hold group wisdom talks where we share:
• the meaning and purpose of the medicine
• the Amazonian plant medicines we work with
• traditional protocols and ceremonial flow
• what participants may experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually
• tools for navigating challenging moments with trust and grounding
After ceremonies, we provide individual integration sessions to help each person understand their experience, find clarity, and bring what they’ve learned into daily life.
Our intention is not only to hold powerful ceremonies, but to ensure every participant feels prepared, supported, complete, and empowered long after leaving the land.
Finca de la Sol is not a commercial retreat center — it is a living ancestral sanctuary rooted in prayer, humility, and respect for traditional Amazonian wisdom..

Finca de la Sol is an off-grid ancestral sanctuary in the mountains of Tierras Morenas, Savegre, Costa Rica, near Tinamastes and Dominical.
Guests arrive through Juan Santamaría International Airport (San José – SJO) and may travel in three ways:
• A short domestic flight to Quepos (about 45 minutes), where we pick you up. Cost: $100 - $120 per person
• Private transportation provided by us for $250 per car (up to 3–4 guests)
• A shared public shuttle for approximately $75, taking 4–6 hours depending on traffic
All guests meet at our shop in Tinamastes before ascending the mountain together.
