Held in small groups, usually between 10 and 15 guests, this gathering offers a deeply personal experience rooted in the ceremonial traditions and permissions entrusted to us through the Cofán lineage of Putumayo. Across the five days, the journey unfolds through three ancestral ceremonies, held in the maloca around the sacred fire. The land itself is part of the healing. Finca de la Sol is an off-grid sanctuary surrounded by jungle, rivers, mountain air, and the living sounds of nature. Here, the pace of the outside world begins to soften. Meals are shared in community, mornings invite reflection, and the forest offers space to breathe, listen, and return to what is essential.
Integration is held with the same care as ceremony. After each ceremony, we gather to reflect, ask questions, and receive guidance. We support each participant in making sense of their experience and in bringing the teachings into everyday life—into relationships, work, home, emotional patterns, boundaries, and personal spiritual practice.

We share contribution details personally after receiving your registration form. This allows us to understand your travel plans, accommodation preference, and whether you are joining us locally from Costa Rica or traveling internationally.
We hold different contribution options because we want the gathering to remain accessible to our local community while also accounting for the additional preparation, lodging, and support needed for guests traveling from abroad. Private casita accommodations are available for an additional contribution when space allows.
Every contribution supports the care and continuation of Finca de la Sol: tending the land, planting and reforestation, nourishing the gardens, preparing the ceremonial spaces, caring for the maloca, and sustaining the community that holds these gatherings with prayer and devotion.
To reserve your place in the circle, a $250 non-refundable but transferable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to prepare thoughtfully for your arrival. If you are unable to attend, it may be transferred to a future gathering, subject to availability, but it may not be transferred to another person. Held in the maloca around the sacred fire, this gathering offers a carefully held introduction to the ceremonial ways of the Amazon. The evening begins with an opening circle and preparation talk. We share teachings about the ceremonial space, the medicine, respectful protocols, intention, and practical tools for navigating what may arise during the night. This allows each person to enter the maloca with greater clarity, understanding, and reverence.
As the medicine is shared, the ceremony unfolds through silence, prayer, icaros, harmonica, music, and the living sounds of the forest. Guests rest in hammocks around the fire while the circle is held with attentive guidance and care.
Although this is a one-night gathering, the experience is not rushed. We remain present throughout the night, offering grounding support and guidance when needed. In the morning, we gather for reflection, integration, and gentle grounding on the land so that each participant has space to understand their experience before returning home.

Ceremonies in the Heart of the Forest
For those called to experience the essence of the Amazon within the safety of our land, the Jungle Immersion offers a sacred journey deep among the trees — where ceremony, silence, and nature become one prayer.
The journey begins with a hike through the forest, guided by the songs of the Earth, until we reach our sacred trees — the ancient guardians of this land. There, we set up our hammocks between their trunks, creating our home for the night. Each hammock is protected by a tarp in case of rain, and surrounded by the living breath of the jungle.
As the sun begins to descend, the energy shifts. When night falls, we light the sacred fire — the heart of the ceremony — and open our space beneath a blanket of stars. Nothing surrounds us but the forest and her spirit: the symphony of insects, the whispering leaves, the pulse of the Earth beneath our feet.
Through the night, we move in prayer, silence, and song, working with the sacred medicines of the Earth — guided by ancestral wisdom and the energy of the elements. This is a space for deep release, clarity, and reconnection — an opportunity to meet yourself in the presence of nature’s raw truth.
Before dawn, each participant receives a one-on-one healing, allowing the medicine to integrate personally and gently. As the first light of the morning touches the jungle, we give thanks to the fire and the night, then make our way back to the maloca for breakfast, integration, and sharing — grounding the experience with reflection and nourishment.
