Our Roots

Two Paths, One Prayer

Our story begins not as a project, but as a calling. Since 2009, we have walked the path of spirituality, self-discovery, and service — a journey that has taken us through many worlds of healing and transformation.

Together, we — Amaru and Nayara — began our partnership with the shared intention of living in truth, love, and connection with Spirit. In our first year together, we felt a powerful inner knowing that our union was more than coincidence — it was a purpose unfolding. We decided to dedicate our lives to the healing arts, to study the many ways the body, mind, and soul remember their wholeness.

Over the years, we immersed ourselves in diverse healing modalities — from energy medicine and sound therapy to holistic coaching and emotional release. Each path revealed a layer of wisdom, and yet, after many years of study and practice, we felt that a deeper doorway was calling.

That doorway opened when the ancestral plant traditions entered our lives. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong devotion — a journey of apprenticeship, humility, and surrender. We began traveling throughout the Amazon, learning directly from elders and medicine keepers of different lineages, listening to the teachings of the forest, and carrying those lessons with reverence.

In time, Spirit guided us to the lineage we now honor — a path of prayer, silence, and deep communion with nature. Under the guidance of our teacher, we became disciples of this living wisdom, walking the path not as seekers, but as servants — devoted to preserving the authenticity and purity of these teachings.

From this journey, Finca de la Sol was born — a sanctuary in the mountains of Costa Rica where simplicity, ceremony, and daily life merge into one. It is a space built with prayer and intention, where we continue to learn, to teach, and to hold space for others to remember who they are.

Our mission now is to share what has transformed us — not through theory, but through experience. To create spaces where people can feel safe to heal, reconnect with the Earth, and awaken the light within.

Together, we walk as one — balancing the energies of the feminine and the masculine, the heart and the vision, the Earth and the sky. Our work is not about leading others, but about walking beside them — helping each soul find its own path home.

This is our life’s devotion.

This is our prayer.

This is Our Roots.

Our Purpose

To Remember, To Heal, To Awaken

Our purpose is simple, yet infinite: to help humanity remember what it means to live in harmony — with the Earth, with Spirit, and with one another.

Everything we create — from the land we care for, to the circles we hold, to the art and offerings we share — is born from a prayer to restore connection. We believe that healing begins not by adding more, but by returning to the simplicity and truth that have always lived within.

Our purpose is to be bridges — between the ancient and the modern, the visible and the unseen, the self and the sacred. We walk in devotion to the teachings of the Earth, guided by the wisdom of our elders, and the universal principles of love, humility, and reciprocity.

Through our work — whether it is a ceremony, a prayer circle, a handmade creation, or a heartfelt conversation — we hold space for remembrance. We help others reconnect to their own essence, awaken their inner light, and rediscover the beauty of being alive.

Our mission is not to lead, but to walk beside — to remind each person that they are their own teacher, healer, and guide. We believe that when one soul heals, all life feels that shift.

At Finca de la Sol, every seed we plant, every song we sing, every prayer we whisper carries the same intention:

May all beings remember who they are.

May all hearts awaken to love.

May we live as one with the Earth.

This is our purpose — our offering to life.

To live in truth.

To serve from love.

To be the bridge between worlds, helping others return home to the sacred within.

Our Way

At Finca de la Sol, our way is simple — to live in harmony with the rhythm of nature and in devotion to the spirit of the Earth. Every action, every creation, every ceremony begins with prayer.

We walk slowly, listening to the whisper of the wind, the guidance of the water, and the teachings carried by the trees and fire. This is not a way of speed or convenience — it is a path of remembrance, of returning to the original instructions given by the Earth herself.

Our lives are guided by three principles:

Reverence — We honor all life as sacred. The land, the animals, the plants, the people — all are part of one great circle of being.

Reciprocity — We live in the balance of giving and receiving. What we take from the Earth, we return with care, gratitude, and prayer.

Simplicity — We create from what is present, allowing the natural world to guide our steps. Through humility, patience, and respect, we walk in alignment with what is true.

This is Our Way — to live in prayer, to build in gratitude, and to remember that everything we do is ceremony.

When we walk gently, the Earth reveals her wisdom. When we listen deeply, the heart remembers its song.

A Prayer of Gratitude

To the Earth, who holds us in her endless embrace —

to the Sun, who gives light to all we create —

to the Waters, who cleanse and remind us to flow —

to the Winds, who carry our prayers beyond the mountains —

and to the Fire, who transforms every offering into light —

we give thanks.

We give thanks to the ancestors and elders,

whose footsteps we follow and whose songs still echo in our hearts.

We give thanks to the plants, the animals, the stones, and the stars,

each one a teacher in this sacred journey of remembrance.

We give thanks for the hands that have built,

for the hearts that have prayed,

and for every soul who has walked this path of service beside us — seen and unseen.

May this land remain a sanctuary of peace,

where the spirit of the jungle continues to teach,

where the rivers continue to sing,

and where all who arrive remember that they are home.

With love and gratitude, we offer this prayer —

to Life, to Creation, and to the Great Mystery that moves through us all.
